We train four times a week, making the most of fantastic local facilities that give every young athlete the space to grow and push their potential. Each session is led by dedicated, fully qualified coaches who bring energy, expertise and a genuine passion for helping kids thrive. Training is always varied and engaging — from technique‑focused swim sets to confidence‑building bike skills and lively run sessions — ensuring that every week feels fresh, fun and full of achievement.

Beachborough and Brackley Triathlon Club is a vibrant, youth‑focused club at the heart of Brackley, Northamptonshire, welcoming children aged 7–16 who want to dive into the world of triathlon. As part of the South Central region, the club offers a supportive environment where young athletes can develop their swimming, cycling and running skills through structured training and friendly competition.

What really sets the club apart is its spirit. Sessions are energetic, inclusive and designed to build far more than athletic ability. Kids grow in confidence, learn resilience, improve their fitness and form strong friendships along the way. Fun and technique-focused swim sessions for all skill levels.

Mondays & Fridays 7.00-8.00pm

Sundays 4.00-6.00pm

Land Training

Group running and bike handling skills to build confidence, stamina and speed.

Saturdays Term Time - 9.00-10.30am
